Meet Hugo, he is a young Hound mix that is VERY friendly. Hugo loves to play with other dogs and enjoys getting attention and love from everyone. If you are looking for a very friendly and loving big dog then Hugo might be a great addition to your family. If you are interested in Hugo then please call the Humane Society at 706-298-3608 or come to 1390 Orchard Hill Road. Shelter hours are Monday-Friday 10 am until 5 pm and Saturday 10 am until noon. Adoptions
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING ADOPTING A PET, NOW IS A GOOD TIME.
The next mobile adoption will be on Saturday, July 11th, at the mall from 10 to 2. After that, an adoption will be July 18th at the Wal-Mart shopping center parking lot.
You can help us by bringing by your used towels and donating them to the shelter. These can be dropped off at the Mobile unit on Saturday or brought to the Shelter.
We would like to thank All Pro for providing a truck to assist the Society in towing it Adoption Trailer to remote sites.
WE NEED HELP!
If you just want to help, but are not sure how you can assist us without adopting a pet, the shelter really needs cat litter right now. We can always use help with off site adoptions, our education program, fundraising, and taking animals to the vet for spaying/neutering/shots. Contact the shelter at 706-298-3608.
